I have finally got around to updating the Council District Four Wiki.
It's nowhere near as developed as is the Aspen Hill Network Wiki but at least the front page is no longer such a haphazard mess.
Changes include addition of templates using links from the front-page to categories of articles, so anyone can write an article and then look at the front-page to know how to categorize it. Other than that, it remains a basic Wiki with the same software as WikiPedia, so anyone who can use WikiPedia will know how to develop this. It also has practically limitless room for expansion, so all contributors are welcome as long as it's not commercial spam. In particular, I invite commercial property managers such as shopping-center managers to make entries there.
